Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke has been granted conditional bail by the Special Executive Magistrate (SEM) Court in Delhi on Saturday, according to police sources.

As per reports, Dipke has been asked to sign another peace bond.

"Based on the assurance given in the peace bond, he was let off. We are awaiting for the written order for further details," a senior police officer told PTI.

The CJP founder was taken into preventive custody ahead of the 'Lehra Do Tiranga' protest march at Connaught Place in Delhi.

According to the police, Dipke was booked for allegedly breaching a peace bond he signed on October 10. Under the terms of the bond, the CJP founder was required to maintain peace for one year.
